Jubio helps job seekers find matched roles and helps career programs share opportunities with their graduates. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Jubio mobile app and the Jubio web app (jobpilotzip.vercel.app).

What we collect

Account: your email address and optional name. Resume: the resume you upload, and a structured version we extract from it, used to match and tailor applications. Preferences: target roles, location, and salary preferences. Activity: jobs you save, pass, apply to, tailor a resume for, and pipeline stages (interviewing, offer). Device: a push notification token if you enable notifications.

How we use it

To build your matched job feed, generate match scores and rationales, tailor resume content per job, send the notifications you opt into, and operate the coordinator features described below. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

Sharing with your career program

If you join an institution's cohort, that institution's coordinators can see jobs shared with you and your activity on those shared jobs (for example saved, applied, interviewing, offer), plus aggregate pipeline counts. This is how programs track placement outcomes. Leaving a cohort or deleting your account ends this visibility.

AI processing

Match scores, match rationales, and tailored resume content are generated using Anthropic's Claude models. Relevant parts of your resume and the job description are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose and are not used by us to train models.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Expo (push notification delivery), and job-data providers (including SerpApi and RapidAPI-based sources) to operate the service. Each receives only what is needed for its function.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app — this permanently removes your profile, resume, preferences, pipeline, and share activity. You can also email us at marcus@sysmiclabs.com to request deletion, and we complete requests within 30 days.

Your choices

Notifications are opt-in and can be disabled in the app or in system settings. The "currently looking" status is private to you. You can update or remove your resume at any time.
