These terms govern your use of Jubio (the mobile and web apps operated by Sysmic Labs, LLC). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Jubio aggregates publicly posted job listings, matches them to your profile using AI, and lets career programs share roles with their graduates and track outcomes. Job listings originate from third parties; we don't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any application will lead to a response. Applications happen on the employer's own site.

AI-generated content

Match scores, rationales, and tailored resume content are AI-generated suggestions. Review them before relying on them — you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You must be at least 16 to use Jubio. Coordinators may only invite graduates who have a genuine relationship with their program, and may only use activity data for program-support purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other users' data, no uploading content you don't have rights to, and no using the service to spam or mislead.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" during this pilot period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sysmic Labs, LLC disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently zero — the pilot is free).
